Asma Raza
Senior Corporate Lawyer
Asma Raza is a Senior Corporate lawyer and partner at Raza & Associates. She specializes in intellectual property rights, corporate law, contract acts, as well as banking and family laws. Qualified in central superior services in Mass communication, constitutional law and medial laws, she is dependable, enthusiastic, conscientious, honest and committed to clients. In addition to her commendable work ethic, Asma is also an active participant in humanitarian work, both locally and globally, running her own NGO known as Crescent Foundation. She is an active human rights activist, having done countless work for the benefit of women in rural areas in Pakistan. Asma also serves as the president of the Ladies’ Lawyers Forum, a member of the standing committee of Women Entrepreneurs and Chamber of Commerce along with Lahore Tax Bar Association. She is a longstanding member of many international associations of IP practitioners including INTA, ECTA, ITMA, CIPA, AIPPI, FICPI, APAA, LES. She is one of the four Delegates for the Independent Members of AIPPI representing Asia on the Council of Presidents and the Executive Committee of AIPPI.

He completed a project as part of a team of two on how to integrate ESG considerations into investment appraisals, including the impact ESG factors can have on financial valuations and investment returns. Hamza Aslam

Hamza is an associate based in UK and specialized in business law from City, University of London, UK and have vast experience in professional legal work, primarily in transactional space, gained through working in national and international law firms, internships, participation in law clinics, and volunteering in pro-bono work in the UK. Fizza Raza

Fizza Raza is a Regents’ and Chancellor’s scholar studying Economics and Data Science at the University of California, Berkeley. She has ranked amongst the top ten speakers in Pakistan in national debating championships and was the President of the LGS Defence Debating Society and LGS Defence Model UN in 2021. She is interested in mobilizing technology to achieve socially desirable outcomes, specifically in public policy. Currently, she is working as a part-time corporate consultant at Raza & Associates.
